Direct mail pieces with a strong B2B focus were a successful strategy for Schaumburg, IL’s StoneWood Ale House. In 2009, the restaurant and bar had a three percent return on the postcards, which featured a coupon and targeted businesses located in a close vicinity to the eatery, but the company was looking to increase that number.
JB Chicago worked with the already-successful mailer, modifying it to resemble a lunch poster and adding 19 more coupons. As a direct result, conversion increased to eight percent and the company brought JB Chicago onboard to create and manage its social networking outreach.
