Scenario:
Extendicare operates over 250 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across the United States and Canada. They came to JB Chicago looking for a marketing and execution partner to rebrand and reposition them in the marketplace from a global, regional and facility level. From the results found during the discovery meeting, communications audit and research, JB Chicago implemented a strategic marketing plan and executed new branding, a Web site and marketing collateral throughout the organization. In addition, every tactic in the plan was measured to evaluate the success of each initiative.
